At AFK Loot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below is our full return and refund policy for both online orders and market purchases:
Online Orders
Return Eligibility:
If you’re not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.
Damaged Items
How to Request a Return:
To initiate a return, please email us at info@afkloot.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief explanation for the return
We’ll review your request and provide a prepaid return shipping label if the return is approved.
Condition of Return:
Items must be returned in their original condition and securely packaged to avoid further damage during transit.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to damage or error on our part.
Local Market Purchases
All artwork purchased at in-person events or local markets is sold as is and is non-refundable. However, we may offer an exchange for another item of equal value, subject to availability.
